Our community is very important to us, and the safety and well being of our customers and staff always comes first. In the rapidly evolving situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary safety precautions and have implemented various measures to minimize the risk to our employees and customers.

Retail Stores
As of March 17, 2020 we have temporarily closed all our retail locations in the US and Canada until further notice. For this reason, the pick-up in-store option along with store deliveries and returns are currently unavailable.

Safety and Hygiene
In line with the advice from the World Health Organization and local authority guidelines, we’ve strengthened health and hygiene measures in our distribution center. We have implemented a social distancing plan for all teams operating in our distribution centers to limit the potential spread of this virus. As of today, our fulfillment and shipping partners have seen no interruptions of service, however we ask for your patience and understanding should you experience any delays with shipments.

Service Level
During this time, we are offering extended our online return period to 60 days.
