Dominique Adair, M.S., RD, is a private-practice nutrition consultant, media consultant, certified fitness professional, curriculum development specialist, and freelance health and nutrition writer. Since 1990, she has been affecting both clients and consumers via the fusion of nutritional and fitness support.
She serves as a consultant to electronic and print media, lectures to health professionals nationally and internationally, develops curricula and texts, consults to fitness organizations, restaurants, and corporate wellness programs, and works with clients one-on-one.
Recently featured on Discovery Network’s Ultimate Goals, Adair has also been a guest on Los Angeles and New York bureaus of ABC, NBC and CBS TV, has been a regular contributor to CNN, FOX, and MSNBC, and has been featured in Newsweek, USA Today, The New York Post, The New York Times, Self, Cosmopolitan, Fitness, Mademoiselle, among many others.
A Registered Dietitian, Adair earned her undergraduate degree at Barnard College/Columbia University and master’s degree in clinical nutrition from City University of New York. She currently lives with her husband and six year old son in Los Angeles.
